I have a couple of pictures from 1978, and think the people are well-known footballers, but can't be sure. Is it likely that there is anyone here who might be able to identify them?
I have atached one of the photos to this post in two formats, but it doesn't seem to display very well in the preview. Maybe I should put them on my site and give a link.
My father, John "Jack" Jennings was a well known amateur who played a couple of games for Charlton Athletic in 1944. I still have some of his programs and cuttings from the era.
He started his career for Wimbledon in 1935, and ended around 1953/4 with Clapton.
